Shipping policy

Shipping Methods and Times: We're excited to get your Heart & Willow goodies to you! Here's what you need to know about our shipping:
  • Standard Shipping: 2-10 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days

We like to keep things flexible, so we use both UPS and USPS to ship your orders, depending on the package size and weight. Please note that, at this time, we ship exclusively within the United States, and international shipping is not available.

All our products are printed to order, adding a personal touch to each one. Typically, our processing time is 3-5 business days. During peak holiday times, please expect a little extra love and care may be needed to get your order just right.

Shipping Costs: We believe in making things easier for you:

  • Orders over $35 ship for free.
  • For orders under $35, shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order.

Shipping Zones: Currently, our shipping territory covers the United States, including US territories and APO addresses. We're sorry, but international shipping isn't on our map just yet.

Order Tracking: We love a good treasure hunt, and we want you to join in on the fun! Here's how:

  • Every order is shipped with a tracking number.
  • You'll receive tracking information by email.
  • If you're using the Shop App to make your purchase, you can track your order right there too.

Shipping Partners: We've teamed up with the experts to ensure your packages arrive safe and sound. Our trusty partners include both UPS and USPS, known for their reliability in tracking and shipping.

Lost or Delayed Shipments: While we do our best to make your shipping experience as smooth as possible, we want to be upfront about a few things:

  • Delays, though rare, can happen, and we don't have full control once the package is in the carrier's hands.
  • We're dedicated to your satisfaction, so if any issues arise, we'll work closely with the carriers to resolve them.

Shipping Updates and Notifications: Stay in the loop with your Heart & Willow order:

  • Tracking updates will be sent via email when your package ships, when it's out for delivery, and finally, when it's happily delivered.
  • If you choose to use the Shop App during checkout, you may also receive handy notifications through the app to keep you informed about tracking updates.

Return to Sender: We know life can get busy, and packages can sometimes go unclaimed. Here's how we handle it:

  • If a package is sent back to us because it was refused or left unclaimed without prior communication, we'll make our first move by trying to reach out to you.
  • In the absence of a response, we'll refund the original payment method, minus the original shipping fee and any other shipping charges incurred due to the returned package. Please keep in mind that personalized or custom items are non-refundable in these cases.
  • If you respond and want the package to be reshipped, you'll be responsible for any reshipping fees/costs.
